Powwow Arkitekter AS
Wessels gate 4
0165 Oslo

Nikolaj Zamecznik co-founded Powwow in 2016.
He studied architecture in Barcelona and Oslo, graduating with a Masters in Architecture in 2005. During a period of eleven years, Nikolaj worked in established practices in Oslo, including Jarmund Vigsnæs and Rodeo architects.
Nikolaj has extensive experience working in small residential projects and kindergartens, as well as larger scale housing, offices and developing feasibility studies. He has a strong sensibility for construction and detailing and a particular enthusiasm for re-programming and transforming existing structures.
Following nine years leading his own practice, Nikolaj enjoys working with clients to find smart architectural solutions that are both beautiful and efficient. This ties together with his interest in micro-urbanism, and searching for small scale interventions that can have a bigger impact for their local environment.
