Nikolaj Zamecznik grunnla Powwow i 2017.
Han studerte arkitektur i Barcelona og Oslo, og ble uteksaminert med en mastergrad i arkitektur i 2005. I løpet av en periode på tolv år jobbet Nikolaj i etablerte arkitektfirmaer i Oslo, inkludert Jarmund Vigsnæs og Rodeo arkitekter.
Nikolaj har erfaring med å jobbe med små boligprosjekter og barnehager, samt større boliger, kontorer og utvikling av mulighetsstudier. Han har erfaring med å jobbe med eksisterende og historiske bygningsstrukturer gjennom renoveringer, ombygging, og transformasjon.
Nikolaj har deltatt på åpent hus i Oslo (2019) og stilt ut i utstillingen "unbuilt works" (2019). Samarbeidsprosjektet med kunstnerne "kongolandsby" (2014) ble bredt publisert under installasjonen.

Catherine Sunter ble partner i Powwow i 2025.
Hun studerte arkitektur i Glasgow og ble uteksaminert med en mastergrad i arkitektur i 2003. Hun har over tjue års erfaring fra arkitektpraksis i London og Oslo, inkludert Jarmund Vigsnæs, Lundhagem og Lala Tøyen.
Catherine har erfaring med å jobbe i boligprosjekter, skoler og offentlige bygninger, på steder med utfordrende topografi og historisk sensitive bykontekst. Hun er engasjert i arkitekturens rolle i å redusere miljøpåvirkningen og skape gode nabolag for alle.
Catherine har ledet kurs for studenter ved AHO, NMBU og NTA, og gjestekritiker ved Mackintosh School of Architecture. Hun samarbeidet på et forskningsprosjekt om bruk av CLT-konstruksjon i byen, og har skrevet artikler for norsk arkitekturpresse.

Nikolaj Zamecznik studied architecture in Barcelona and Oslo, graduating with a Masters in Architecture in 2005. During a period of twelve years, Nikolaj worked in established practices in Oslo, including Jarmund Vigsnæs and Rodeo architects.
Nikolaj has experience working in small residential projects and kindergartens, as well as larger scale housing, offices and developing feasibility studies. He has experience working with existing and heritage building structures through; refurbishments, extensions, reprogramming and transformation.
Nikolaj has participated in Oslo open house (2019), and exhibited in the "unbuilt works" exhibition (2019). The collaborative artist project for "Kongolandsby" (2014) was widely published during its installation.
Catherine Sunter studied architecture in Glasgow, graduating with a Masters in Architecture in 2003. She has over twenty years experience in architectural practices in London and Oslo, including Jarmund Vigsnæs, Lundhagem and Lala Tøyen.
Catherine has experience working in housing projects, schools and public buildings, on sites with challenging topography and historically sensitive urban context. She is engaged in the role of architecture in reducing its environmental impact and creating good neighbourhoods for all.
Catherine has led courses for students at AHO, NMBU and NTA, and guest critic at the Mackintosh School of Architecture. She collaborated on a research project into the use of CLT construction, and has written articles for the Norwegian architectural press.
